We add your job to our printing schedule once the pre-press procedures are complete. There are a few things that need to be checked off before we can proceed. The minimum requirements for your job to go ahead are listed below, please let us know if you need any help getting your project underway, as we are happy to help out.
1. Your contact details including a daytime phone number and delivery address.
2. Final art supplied in an acceptable format
3. Mockup/Proof approved (when requested)
4. All work instructions including print colour-ways and placements
5. Your order.
6. Payment in full or a deposit if requested.
Once your account is settled, we organise for the finished goods to be shipped to you. In metro Melbourne, we have direct express couriers, same day or next day delivery services. Deliveries to some regional areas can take up to 3 days. Interstate freight can be arranged also and may take up to 5 days. If you have a preference, please ask when your order is placed, and we will adjust your quote. We specialise in order fulfillment for nationwide delivery. For delivery to a residential address please confirm that you will be able to receive the stock during the day, or that there is a secure place to leave the goods if the address is unattended.
If you wish to see a test print or strike-off of your design before we proceed, we can email you a hi-res photo of the first print, or, if you are in Melbourne and available on short notice we can arrange you for you to make an on-site press check, immediately prior to bulk production.
Are there discounts for ordering larger quantities?

Simple and old-fashioned, Patrick entered the printing business in 1985 with little resources at hand. Yet his undying passion and love for the art kept him on track on the business. With over 30 years of service in the printing industry, Patrick propelled Dataage to stand the test of time despite the technological changes and trend shifts.
His humble beginnings paved the way to who he is today. Thanks to his calm & focused demeanor, Patrick ensures smooth-sailing operations in the business while also taking part in the production process. SHIRLEY JEANTOU, the accounts manager of Dataage and the sole captain of its finances.
Being right by Patrick's side since the business conception, she holds the easy inflow and outflow of finances in the business and keeps track of all of its financial activities. With her intellectual prowess, Shirley was able to steer clear the business from any possible financial havoc and ensure its smooth sailing journey through rough seas.
Her sunny attitude and positive outlook in every situation make her a reliable source of hope when things seem to get a little rough. Account management may not always be her forte, but she makes it a breeze because of her calm and accommodating nature.
